Obituary for William “Bill” Heinen
Dover—William “Bill” Thomas Heinen, passed away on December 10, 2023, at Bayhealth Kent Hospital, Dover, DE.
Bill was born on January 15, 1967, to his parents, William Thomas Jackson, and Ruth Emily Heinen.
He graduated from Milford High School and Vo-Tech where earned his diploma in graphic design. Bill was interested in genealogy, the original Batman, country music and radio talk shows. Bill was employed with Sea Watch, Wastewater Management, Mohawk, and chef at Nicolas and Little Heaven Pizza.
Bill was preceded in death by his father, William Thomas Jackson, and his brother James “Morgan” Heinen. He survived by his mother, Ruth Emily Heinen; two daughters, Tiffany Heinen (Fiancé, Damion Comegys), Victoria Heinen (fiancé Thomas Tolson); three God Children, Rebecca Scott, Dakota Clayville, Zane Clayville; sister, Loretta Lynn Hansen (Steve); brother, T.L. Jackson; sister-in-law, Renee Heinen; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; seven nieces and nephews; 10 great nieces and nephews and extended family.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at 12:00 pm both will be in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 N.W. Front Street, Milford, DE 19963. Burial will immediately follow at Ellendale Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Short Funeral Services, P.O. Box 233, Milton, DE 19968 to help defray funeral costs.
