Sally Jean Lewis

Sally Jean Lewis, 38, passed away on February 24, 2022 due to a house fire that occurred in Little Creek, DE on February 6th after a stay at the Crozer Burn Unit in PA. She lost her daughter, Laura Grow to the same fire. She is survived by her parents, William Sr. and Mona Lewis; her four sons, Shane Horseman, George Grow, Jr., Damian Grow, and Jayden Grow; her brother, Michael Steininger, who she lived with; her brothers, Daniel Lewis and William B. Lewis, Jr.; her sisters, Katina Dougherty and son Thorn Broughner, Sandra Copenhaven; Samantha David, and Paula Lewis; several nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly; and also Wesley Steininger, who she lived with. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at 7 p.m. at Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front St. Milford, DE 19963.
