James Conrad Frost

Jim Frost, 78, passed away peacefully at Bay Health Sussex Campus on November 3, 2025.

Jim was a lover of sailing, Palm Island and convertibles. Alongside his beloved wife, Cindy, he traveled the world. Jim's laughter echoed around the poker table and in the games he enjoyed with friends. Summers in Milton, Delaware were alive with friends and family, and winters were enjoyed in warm and sunny St. Petersburg, Florida.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Julie Hammers, and son, Brad (Karen) Frost, both of Springfield, Illinois. He leaves behind a stepson, Justin (Mandy) Schultheiss of New Baltimore, Michigan, and stepdaughter Shelly (Zach) Blair from State College, Pennsylvania. Jim was blessed with grandchildren: Ted, Alex, Margot, Katherine, Audrey, Chase, Lyla, Grace, Ayla, and Hallie, as well as great-granddaughters Greta, Lottie, Estelle, and Lillian. He is also survived by his sister, Sue Rake, of Springfield, Illinois.
