In Loving Memory of Norma Hamor

Norma Hamor, a devoted matriarch, passed away peacefully at home on September 16, 2025, at the age of 95, surrounded by the love and memories of her family. At her side were her son and caregiver, Michael Hamor, and her great-great-granddaughter, Ali Sue who brought her comfort and love in her final moments.

Norma is survived by four of her children: Kenny Trice, Shirley Austin, Betty Holt, and Michael Hamor. She is now reunited in heaven with her parents and three of her children.

She leaves behind a legacy of love, having touched the lives of numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Her family was the center of her world, and her impact on their lives is immeasurable.

With a heart full of kindness and a spirit that inspired all who knew her, Norma will be deeply missed. Her memory lives on through the stories, laughter, and love shared among generations of her family.

Services will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front Street, Milford, DE. A time of visitation will begin at 11:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM. Burial will take place immediately after the service at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Camden, DE.
