Martin Jose Antongiorgi, born on February 4, 1994, in Milford, Delaware, passed away on April 9, 2026. His life was marked by a gentle kindness and compassionate spirit.
Martin was lovingly homeschooled and successfully graduated from high school, a testament to his dedication and the strong support of his family. A devoted member of Iglesia Metodista Unida Betel in Georgetown, Delaware, he found joy and comfort in his faith community.
He delighted in simple joys and cherished time spent with family. Martin enjoyed cheering for the Eagles, exploring the wonders of zoos and aquariums, and savoring his favorite foods: chicken nuggets and pizza. Memorable outings to Pizza Palace and Cracker Barrel were highlights he shared with his loved ones. His entertainment interests brought delight and connection; he treasured watching movies such as Star Wars and the Marvel series and had fond memories of attending productions at Sight and Sound.
Martin’s kindness and giving nature were evident to all who encountered him. His warm heart and generous spirit created lasting impressions and a legacy of love.
He is survived by his dear parents, Jose and Virginia Antongiorgi, and his brother, Corey Antongiorgi who carry forward his memory with deep affection. Martin was also preceded in death by his beloved grandfathers, Ernest Solano and Luis Antongiorgi Camacho, his cousin, Giovanni Rodriguez, and his grandmother, Romana Delgado Cordero.
A visitation will be held on April 17, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, followed by a memorial service at 3:00 PM. both at Short Funeral Services located at 609 E. Market St, Georgetown, Delaware 19947, United States. Family, friends, and all who knew Martin are welcome to gather and celebrate his life, remembering a young man whose kindness and spirit enriched the lives of many.
