June E. Hall

June Eaton Hall passed away peacefully on May 25, 2026. Born on August 6, 1941, June’s life was defined by warmth, kindness, and a steadfast spirit that touched all who knew her.

A lifelong Delaware resident, June was a devoted member of Christ Evangelistic Church in Laurel. She worked for many years as a waitress, known for her strong work ethic, compassion, and sincerity. June spent later years using those same traits as a home health aide and companion. An avid reader and lover of Marvel and James Bond films, June found joy in stories and imagination. Above all, she cherished her family and the time spent with her beloved grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Sherri Bigelow, Robert Bigelow, Cari Jordan and husband Michael, Lisa Miller, and Richard Maddux; granddaughters Kelsey, Madison, and Montana; and great-grandchildren Gracie and Murphy. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur W. and Margaret H. Eaton, and her brother, Robert A. Eaton.

A visitation will be held on June 13, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Berry-Short Funeral Homes, 119 NW Front St, Milford, Delaware, followed by a memorial service at 12:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited to celebrate June’s life and the legacy of love she leaves behind. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in June’s memory to the American Cancer Society or Delaware Hospice.
