Jovan Hembree

GEORGETOWN - Jovan Hembree passed away on June 7, 2020 at 37 years old from an injury. He was born on August 8, 1982 to Laura Pusey and the late James Hembree, Jr. He attended Sussex Central High School. Later in life he attended Sussex Technical Adult Education Electrical Apprenticeship to Journeyman. At the time of his passing, he was employed at O'Neil's Millwright. Jovan enjoyed riding motorcycles, working on cars and spending time with family and friends. In addition to his father, Jovan was preceded by his brother, Jamie Hembree; and grandparents, James and Molly Hembree and Mark Pusey. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sons, Julious Hembree and Gage Hembree; brothers, William Pusey, Mark Hembree, Mike Hembree, Tim Hembree and Dan Thorpe; sisters, Mary and Brenda; and many friends who he considered family. He did not know a stranger. Services will be at a later date.
