Jimmy Scott White

FREDERICA – Jimmy Scott White, 72, passed away at Bayhealth Sussex Campus on November 21, 2021. He was born in Maryland to Goldie and Branson White, Sr. on September 29, 1949. Jimmy worked for the City of Dover as a Relief Operator for over 25 years. He loved the ocean, lighthouses, hunting, crafting sailboat models, fishing and just being outdoors. Jimmy was preceded by his father, Branson White, Sr.; wife, Virginia White; stepbrother, Danny Moore and a grandson, Alex Comegys. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Goldie and Wilson Moore; three daughters, Vonda White, Jamie Whaley, and Helen Owen; brother, Branson White, Jr.; stepbrothers, Freddie and Kenny Moore; seven grandchildren, Autumn, Jimmy and Amber Foraker, Richard III and Michael Comegys, Christopher Myers, and AJ Whaley; several great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
