Her memory will be celebrated at Berry-Short Funeral Homes in Milford, Delaware, with a visitation on January 17, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will take place at 12:00 PM at the same location. Following the service, Judy will be laid to rest at Lincoln Cemetery in Lincoln, Delaware, where family and friends are invited to gather for the interment.
