Helen L. Willey

Helen L. Willey, 71, of Ellendale passed away Saturday, April 4, 2020, at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, Md. She was born in Milford, the daughter of the late Ralph Sr. and Viola (McGinnis) Foskey. She was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed playing quarter Bingo. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Richard David Willey. She is survived by her husband, Wayne Willey; children, Russell Willey Jr. and Sharon Willey; five grandchildren, Scott, Hanna, Jenna, Nichole and Mandy; three great-grandchildren, Aaliyah, Piper and Bentley; three sisters, Judy Marvel, Janet Foskey and Barbara Foskey; and brother, Bruce Foskey. Due to the gathering restrictions set forth during the pandemic, services and burial will be held privately. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
