Harry Correa Rodriguez peacefully left this life on September 22, 2026, at the age of 86. He was born on December 11, 1939, in Guayanilla, Puerto Rico, to the late Portain Correa Martinez and Paula Rodriguez Camacho.

To know Harry was to know someone who valued the people in his life. Family and friendship meant everything to him. He found happiness in the simple things—sitting with the people he loved, sharing stories, playing and watching baseball games, or even enjoying a good Western.

Harry’s greatest legacy is the family he leaves behind. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, friend, and a cherished part of so many lives.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Ella Virginia Correa; his brothers, Luis and Edris Correa; his stepson, Emmanuel Jones; his grandson, Alejandro Exantus; and 3 infant sons.

He leaves behind his sisters, Angela Correa, Paula Correa, and Adaliz Correa (Francisco); his children, Paula Exantus, Carmen Correa, Stephanie Walston, Michelle Correa, El Fernando Correa, Ella Virginia Correa, and Yarrel Correa, with whom he shared with Leticia; his 22 grandchildren, which include Edris Correa and Vanity Correa, with whom he raised; 53 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren; a whole host of nieces and nephews, and many beloved friends, including Luis, Alfredo, Aladino(Cookie), Tony, Julio, Jaime, and Joe.

Numbers and names can never fully tell the story of a life. The sound of his voice, the stories he told, his sense of humor, the time spent together, the laughter, the conversations, the barbecues, and all of those ordinary moments that become precious after someone is gone. He will be remembered at family gatherings, but most of all, in the hearts of everyone who loved him.

The loss of Harry is a grief so profound that language has not yet invented the words to hold it. He will forever be cherished through the memories he gave us; we will be forever grateful for the years we were blessed to have him. We will carry his love with us for the rest of our lives.

A visitation will be held at Short Funeral Services at 609 E. Market Street in Georgetown, Delaware on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. followed by a funeral service beginning at 11:00 A.M.
