Franklin Delano Hubbard, 85, of Felton, DE, departed this life, April 4, 2024. He was born on April 28, 1938, to Alonso and Agnes (Trew) Hubbard in the Hell Point Community of Annapolis, MD. He was the surviving male member of the 14 Hubbard children.

His working years were spent in the seafood and boat repair industries in Annapolis, MD.

He is survived by his wife, Marilyn; two daughters, Susan Sircovics (John) of Annapolis, MD and Pamela Hoskins (Gene) of Tyler Co., WV; one grandson, John Sircovics, II of U.S. Army and one sister Marcie Raymond of Holland, MI.

Services were private. Arrangements were in the care of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 217 Main Street, Felton, DE 19943.
