Frank Hartley

Frank Hartley, 72, passed away in Florida on Tuesday, November 9, 2021. He was born in Milford, DE on October 18, 1949 to the late Henry Hartley and Mima Roese Hartley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his 2 sisters, Doris Griffith and Margaret Wyatt. Frank loved helping others and had a great love for animals. He is survived by his brother, Henry Hartley Junior; his long-term girlfriend, Cheryl Balderston; many nieces and nephews; 10 cats; and a chicken named Henrietta.
