Debra was known as a loving, kind, and strong woman whose life touched many people.

Debra Ann Schrock-Watson, 62, of Delaware, passed away on September 28, 2026, at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. She was born on April 19, 1964, in Milford, Delaware, and remained a lifetime Delaware resident. Debra passed away after her 13th back surgery, from which she was paralyzed from the neck down.

Debra graduated from Delaware Technical Community College (Del-Tech) with a degree in Law. She was known as a loving, kind, and strong woman whose life touched many people. She worked as a paralegal at Schrock's Professional Services and had also previously owned D&D Bagels in Milford with her sister Denise. In her younger years, she worked for many years as a server at Mama Maria’s in Milford. She took pride in her work and in the relationships she built throughout her life.

Debra enjoyed shopping and especially treasured spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In her younger years, she raced stock cars, a reflection of her strong spirit and love of life. Whether at work, with family, or enjoying the things she loved, Debra brought warmth and determination to those around her.

She is survived by her daughter, Jessica Marie Adams; her sisters, Denise Collison and Susan Voss; Denise's husband, Patrick Phillippi, who with Denise was also Debra's caregiver; and Susan's husband, Daniel Voss. She is also survived by her best friend, Charlene Gray. Debra's love continues through her grandchildren, Tatelyn, Logan, Hayden, and Landen, and through her great-grandchildren, Jack, Jessy, and Jemma; and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and extended family members. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

Whether at work, with family, or enjoying the things she loved, Debra brought warmth and determination to those around her.

Debra was preceded in death by her husband, Keith Watson; her parents, Matthew Charles Passwaters and Cordelia (Lord) Millman; her daughter, Jenna Watson; her brother, Bruce Passwaters; her maternal grandmother, Cordelia Thomas; her paternal grandparents Franklin and Mary Passwaters; and her beloved dog, Bubby the Beagle.

Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, and in the many moments of love, strength, and devotion that she shared with them throughout her life.

A celebration of life will be held on October 18, 2026, beginning at 2:00pm at Etta's Catering, 319 South Rehoboth Boulevard, Milford, DE 19963. Casual attire.
