Deborah Marie Watson

Deborah Marie Watson, born on January 23, 1954, in New Jersey, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2025, at Jefferson Einstein Philadelphia Hospital. She was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother, who touched the lives of many with her warmth and generosity.

Deborah graduated high school and quickly began her career as an administrative assistant at State Farm. After having her son, Kristofer, in 1981, she chose to pause her professional endeavors to raise him. In the early 1990s, Deborah relocated to Delaware from New Jersey, where she found a new chapter in her career as a manager at the OshKosh Outlet in Rehoboth. Her commitment to her work and family showcased her strong work ethic and nurturing spirit.

Deborah is survived by her beloved husband, Robert Donald Watson; her children, Kristofer Watson, Bonnie Sabia, Robert Harris, and Amy Kuchma; her cousin, Thomas Monroe; and ten cherished grandchildren along with three great-grandchildren and many nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Alvin Coleman, as well as her mother-in-law, Edith Watson.

The viewing will be held on December 4, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Short Funeral Services in Milton, Delaware. Following the viewing, a funeral service will take place at 1:00 PM, with interment at Odd Fellows Cemetery of Milton at 2:00 PM.

Deborah will be deeply missed by all who knew her, leaving a legacy of love, kindness, and resilience.
