Dan B. Parks, born on June 21, 1952, in Washington, DC, passed away on July 24, 2025, at his home in Milford, surrounded by his loving family. He was a graduate of Northwood High School, Class of 1970.
Dan was a devoted husband to Lois Parks and a cherished father to his children Ginger, Adam, and Franklin Parks. He embraced family life with warmth, creativity, and humor.
As a handyman, carpenter, and builder, Dan's skills and creativity were evident in all he did. He found joy and community as a member of the National Sporting Clays Association and the Bridgeville Gun Club. He loved spending time picking and enjoying crabs, a pastime that reflected his appreciation for family gatherings and shared meals.
Dan is survived by his devoted wife, children, and sisters Donna Pierce and Diane Sue Prince. He will also deeply be missed by Jessica Baez and her children Kayleigh Morris and Arianna Baez. He leaves behind two beloved dogs, Dixie and Bruno. He was predeceased by his parents, Harold B. Parks and Rebecca (Haithcock) Parks, and his granddaughter, Emily Parks.
Dan B. Parks will be remembered for his love of family, his creative spirit, and his ability to bring joy and laughter to those around him.
